On Saturday 21st June 2008, the summer solstice, the circus comes to Brockington College, Enderby. Have a look at the gallery of pictures of the venue. And some more by Alby. We will be using their splendid brand new building, boasting lots of well-lit space with extravagant headroom, a beautiful multi-purpose theatre area, a large sports hall, and plenty of outdoor space in which to play or just enjoy the summer sunshine. Attractions and events during the day will include :- Lots of space for everyone, with silly amounts of headroom for the benefit of jugglers and diabolists. Workshops - covering a multitude of skills and for all levels of skill from complete beginner to world class. The games - compete for prizes in a range of games both silly and skillful. Beard Products - our tame traders will be selling a huge range of circus equipment throughout the day, at discount prices, bless 'em. Music & games - bring your own games, chill out, and relax to our soothing choons. Video - watch jaw dropping juggling videos on our giant screens. Internet - for net addicts we hope to have free WiFi access throughout the day. The public show - top quality juggling and circus talent brought to you at a ridiculously cheap price - Do Not Miss!!. The grand raffle - your chance to win circus equipment and other prizes. Brockington College is our fantastic venue. It is a brand new state of the art school which opened in October 2007, which offers :- The atrium - 250 square metres of beautifully light and airy space, with over 10 metres of headroom. The sports hall - a 600 square metre hall with lots of headroom. The theatre space - a multi purpose space suitable for workshops, the games, the public show, etc..
