- 10:00am - doors open; sports hall open; traders open; kiosk open; workshops commence.
- 12:00pm - provisional opening time for the sports hall, subject to confirmation from the venue.
- 3:00pm - the games, which may take place outside if fine, or in the theatre space if not.
- 5:00pm - theatre space closes for show tech run.
- 6:00pm - sports hall closes.
- 8:00pm - the public show. The raffle will take place in the interval.
- 10:00pm - all over, done and dusted, thanks for coming, see you next year.
