Face painters are generally easy to find, and charge a wide variety of fees, but as with so many things in life, you tend to get what you pay for. It's not impossible to get a good face painter cheaply, of course, just improbable, so if you want face painters on a tight budget, then you should seriously consider doing it yourself, or finding some willing volunteers.
